STAGE 1

Work Order Acquisition

We begin by reviewing the client’s work order in detail. This includes the job description, cost estimate, execution timeline, special requirements, and deadlines. Our expert team conducts a thorough study before initiating the recruitment process.

Stage 2

Collecting Profiles

We source and compile candidate profiles that best match the job requirements. Each profile is carefully reviewed to ensure an accurate fit between the candidate’s skills and the client’s needs.

Stage 3

Primary Interviews

Initial interviews are conducted to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role. Only those meeting the required standards move forward in the process.

Stage 4

Document Verification

All candidate documents, including ID proof, educational certificates, photographs, and address details, are thoroughly verified to ensure authenticity.

Stage 5

Shortlisting

Candidates are matched against job criteria and shortlisted accordingly. Exclusion factors are considered, and shortlisted applicants are notified.

Stage 6

Sending List to Client

A finalized list of suitable candidates is prepared and shared with the client for review and further processing.

Stage 7

Interview Scheduling

We coordinate with clients to fix interview dates and formats—whether in-person, video/audio calls, or technical assessments at certified testing centers.

Stage 8

Interview Arrangements

Our team handles all interview logistics, ensuring candidates and clients have the required details, facilities, and support for smooth execution.

Stage 9

Practical Skills Test

Candidates undergo hands-on skill tests at our specialized testing centers. Facilities are available for trades such as welding, CNC operation, fitting, and assembly work.

Stage 10

Final Shortlist

Successful candidates are shortlisted after interviews and practical tests. The HR department finalizes the list and coordinates the next steps with the candidates.

Stage 11

Police Verification

We assist candidates in obtaining their Police Clearance Certificate (PCC). Address verification and criminal background checks are conducted to ensure compliance.

Stage 12

Insurance & Visa Processing

Once PCC is cleared, we apply for work permits, arrange medical and travel insurance, and process visas, including complete documentation and stamping.

Stage 13

Pre-Departure Orientation

Selected candidates receive a detailed orientation covering country-specific culture, work ethics, contract terms, and employer expectations.

Stage 14

Departure Assistance

Our team manages the entire departure process—from document handover to airport assistance. Escorts accompany groups to ensure safe travel.

Stage 15

Arrival at Destination

Upon arrival, candidates are received at the airport by our local representatives and transferred safely to the client’s location.

Stage 16

Company Enrollment

We facilitate smooth integration of candidates into the company. If language barriers arise, our team coordinates communication between clients and candidates.

Stage 17

Post-Enrollment Briefing

Candidates are briefed again on workplace behavior, company rules, and accommodation guidelines—ensuring long-term success and harmony.

Stage 18

Ongoing Local Assistance

Even after placement, we continue supporting both clients and candidates with local assistance, ensuring satisfaction and strong professional relationships.
